A name or location entered in a search box is sent to the independent company that operates that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its result. We do not keep a local log of the terms entered in those boxes.

The published material identifies how Chesterfield Police Records, county courts, the Virginia State Police CCRE repository, VADOC, and the Virginia Sex Offender and Crimes Against Minors Registry handle their own records. Visitor data is not assembled into a consumer report or a file about another person, and this website is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
